During this one day workshop Susan will teach you how to process plant fibres to use in papermaking. Working with a mould and deckle, you will be able to create sheets of hand made paper, incorporating the plant materials to give a wonderful mix of colour and texture.

Laminating sheets to trap materials such as lace and feathers, adding embossing techniques and forming personal watermarks to make your papers really individual. During the day you will also discover how to make 'silk' paper that is tough enough to stitch on.

Your paper, once dry, can be transformed into greetings cards or used as a base for further decoration at home.
