Learn how to colour pre-anodised aluminium sheet to create light, easy to wear jewellery. 

Students will colour small samples to learn the technique, then design and colour a larger sheet of aluminium to make items of jewellery such as pendants, brooches and earrings. 

An introduction to using a piercing saw to cut the aluminium sheet and filing the edges using needle files will also be given. 

All materials and equipment will be provided but jewellery students may benefit from bringing their own tool box (saw, files etc.) if they have one.  No prior experience is required for this workshop.
