| Penny Sheard specialises in making unlined leather bags and accessories using soft suedes and softee leathers in a variety of prints, textures and colours. She uses the minimum of metal fittings and prefers to use self trims as decoration.
She designs three main bag ranges: large for casual wear; medium for everyday use; small for best and special occasions. To these she adds extra styles at specific times of year: Spring/Summer - neat best styles to match special outfits and for weddings; Christmas fancy and metallic leathers and glitter fabrics with coloured suedes for evening wear.
However, she is able to make a white bag in the middle of winter or a black bag in July if a customer so desires.
Her workshop at Tredegar House is open all year.
