I love to have a flat piece of metal and bring it to life using form, texture and alchemy. I also exploit the natural colours that occur on brass and copper and combine it with silver, gold and semi precious stones too.
My work reflects different themes and experiences in my life, I love to ‘play’ and see what happens as well as having ideas and following them through.
The sea is a constant source of inspiration for me as well as being a place of relaxation and reflection. Journeys away also have creative consequences, often surprisingly so.
