Drop - in Knotworking and Beading sessions

In the last several years we have had quite a few classes on knotting with beads, taught by experienced jeweller and knotworker Suzen Millodot. Students have proudly gone home with lovely knotted necklaces and bracelets.

Suzen has instigated this wonderful opportunity to reunite with people who have attended beadmaking workshops, to compare notes, show off recent creations and generally 'immerse' ourselves again in knotting, bead, fibres for jewellery and all the new ideas and techniques and beads galore, not to mention magazines on beaded jewellery.  You can drop in for as long as you like, it will be very informal but it also will be a great opportunity to spend a few uninterrupted hours working on your latest project and to generally exchange ideas and possibly beads and magazines too. It will also stimulate a lot of us to 'get knotting' again!

It will be a great opportunity to browse in the gallery and admire other Maker's beautiful creations, including the current exhibitions on show. A small charge for the day is payable on booking. Depending on interest we could make these meetings a regular thing. We have programmed one per month at the moment until the end of June and then see how things are going.There will be no formal instruction as such. You will work on your own project with your own materials.Suzen Millodot is very optimistic about the idea, having disucussed it with her students in recent workshops.
