Saturday 13th May 2023 10:00 - 16:00 £85 (Friends discount £76.50) Plant colour at your fingertips, explore and experiment creating beautiful shades from nature, using foraged hedgerow, garden and bio materials from the kitchen. During the day you will learn how to extract colour pigments from selected plant material and gain the key essentials of mordants’ the fabric preparation process. You will have a beautiful bundle of naturally dyed fabric that can be used for anything from collage, quilting or patching making your personalised projects extra special and, the knowledge to continue your plant dye journey from home. Advance booking is required. Places are limited to six so early booking is recommended. |
