ROOM & GALLERY HIRE

The perfect venue for your next event in the heart of Cardiff Bay

We have a community/meeting room available for hire within our Landmark Heritage building, perfect for community events, meetings, or for use as a Hot Desk for short term hire.
Also, our Gallery itself is available for private events, corporate events, book launches etc..

​We are located right in the heart of Cardiff Bay, the Cultural centre of Cardiff, near the Senedd and just across from Wales Millennium Centre. 

Room Hire

Our newly refurbished, fully accessible first floor room is available for hire seven days a week between 9.30am and 5.00pm. (Hire is also available outside of these hours - please call to discuss)

The room is on the first floor of our Grade 2 listed building. It is a flexible meeting space that is set up boardroom style or can be adapted to suit your event.

Seating capacity:
Boardroom style - usually set for 6-8 comfortably (but at a push can accomodate up to 12)
​Catering can also be provided by our fabulous onsite Restaurant Giovanni's.

Half day £65 (4 hours) +VAT (minimum hire fee)
Full Day £95 +VAT (between 9am-5pm)

Event Catering
To make your conference even more unique, tantalising and delicious catering can be ordered from Giovannis in the Bay our on site Restaurant. ​All food is freshly prepared on site and their menu caters for all tastes and dietary requirements. Their conference and events menu is being up-dated, and  can be viewed HERE shortly.

Gallery Hire

Our Grade || listed building offers a unique location in the heart of Cardiff Bay for private functions, event launches, etc outside of our normal opening hours.

Or, if you would like to use our beautiful building for a filming set or location filming we are happy to discuss your requirements.
