MYTHS & LEGENDS

This year our Summer Show theme has been inspired by the national campaign within Wales to celebrate the 'Year of Legend'! The work selected from our twenty three exhibitors shows a rich array of individual interpretations of the theme.

Selectors for Myths & Legends:
Anna Noël - ceramic artist who recently exhibited at Craft in the Bay with her stunning solo exhibition 'Telling Tales' that toured Wales as part of the Language of Clay project. Anna specialises in sculptural animals and figures, having work in many public and private collections.
Philippa Lawrence - visual artist and educator. Philippa's practice embraces site-responsive artworks and the relationship between art, craft and design. She is Principal Lecturer on the BA Hons. Artist, Designer: Maker Degree at Cardiff School of Art and Design.
